Boil 200g Red Lentil and keep aside. Take 2 table spoon of edible oil, mustard, onion, green chillies, curry leaves and fry til golden brown. Take 100g cut vegetables with 2 Tomatoes, Tamarind juice, 20g of Aachi sambar powder, Salt to taste and cook with preboiled dhal for 15 minutes. Garnish chopped coriander leaves, now tasty Aachi Sambar is ready to serve.
