For 1kg Mutton, heat 100ml coooking oil and add 100g chopped onions, 100g tomato, 50g coconut paste and fry till golden brown. Now add 1kg cleaned mutton and saute with 50g Aachu Mutton Masala. When half-boiled, add required salt and water. Allow to cook till tender. When the gravy thickens, add chopped coriander leves and serve hot. This masala can also be used for vegetable curry.
